A size reference table answers one question and not another. It tells you which sizes can be discussed; it does not promise that every grade and coating is available in every size.
The table versus the quotation
The dimensional reference lists outside diameters, thicknesses and bore options. The quotation is prepared for a specific combination — grade, coating, size and quantity — and that combination is confirmed with you before an order runs.
Grade follows the material
DM05 covers common metals including ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. DM06 is chosen where wear resistance and tool life matter more. M42 is used for difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys.
Coating is part of the combination
The coating range includes TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN. Coatings differ in appearance as well as in the cutting situation they suit, so the coating is confirmed together with the grade and the dimensions rather than chosen on its own.
What is confirmed in writing
Specification, quantity, unit price, freight, total and payment terms are confirmed for the particular request. For overseas distributors the path is PO, PI, 100% prepayment, receipt confirmation, then purchasing and production. If the requirement changes after the quotation — a different coating, a different size, a different quantity — it is calculated again rather than carried over.
