THE RIGHT BLADE FOR THE MATERIAL
Three HSS grades.
Four coatings.
DM05 for common metals such as ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. DM06 for better wear resistance where tool life and cutting efficiency requirements are higher. M42 for difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys.
We have developed and introduced several coatings, mainly TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN.

Ø250 to 400 mm, 1.0 to 4.0 mm thick, bores from 25.4 to 50 mm, tooth counts from T3 to T8.
