Our HSS
range.

WHAT THE RANGE COVERS

Material grade,
coating and dimensions.

There are three main HSS materials: DM05, DM06 and M42. Tell us what you cut and we will recommend the grade and coating.

DM05

For common metals including ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper.

DM06

Better wear resistance, for higher requirements on tool life and cutting efficiency.

M42

For difficult-to-cut materials including stainless steel, titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys.

SURFACE COATING

We have developed and introduced several coatings, mainly TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN. The photographs below show how they look on finished blades.
