WHAT THIS PRODUCT COVERS
HSS circular saw blades
HSS circular saw blades are widely used to cut metal materials, especially steel pipes, sheets and thin-wall profiles. With years of technology, production know-how and advanced production equipment, including NACHI vacuum heat treatment, PVD coating and a range of advanced equipment and instruments for precision inspection, we provide high-quality HSS circular saw blades with different coatings to meet the cutting needs of various materials.
Available in 34 standard sizes from Ø250 to 400 mm, and in custom sizes on request.
Production technology
NACHI vacuum heat treatment
Advanced heat treatment for extended durability and consistent performance.
PVD coating
TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN coatings, each suited to different cutting needs.
Precision inspection
Finished blades are inspected with advanced precision equipment and instruments.
HSS material
There are three main HSS materials: DM05, DM06 and M42.
DM05
For cutting common metals such as ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper.
DM06
Better wear resistance, for applications with higher requirements for tool life and cutting efficiency. Known for being wear-resistant and durable.
M42
Specifically for difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys.
Surface coating
We have developed and introduced several coatings, mainly TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN. The photographs on this page show how the coatings look on finished blades.
Tooth form and geometry
Tooth form and geometry are chosen with the material to be cut and the blade dimensions. Tell us what you cut and we will recommend the tooth form.
Key features
Superior hardness & wear resistance
Made from premium high-speed steel, our blades stay sharp even under demanding conditions.
Optimized tooth design
Specially designed teeth reduce vibration and minimize material waste.
Long service life
Advanced heat treatment technology ensures extended durability and consistent performance.
Blade marking
Each blade is marked with its outside diameter, thickness, bore and tooth count, plus a batch number for traceability.
Coating colours
Finished blades with different coatings side by side: TiN, VAPO, TiCN and TiAlN.
Stock and packing
Blades are inspected and packed before dispatch.

QUESTIONS
Before
you order.
Can I order a size that is not in the table?
Yes. The table lists our standard sizes. Send the diameter, bore and thickness you need and we will review it as a custom request.
Which grade and coating should I choose?
It depends on the material you cut. Tell us the material and the blade dimensions and we will recommend a combination.
What do the markings on a blade mean?
Dimensions, tooth count and a batch number. If you have a blade in hand, send us a photograph of the marking and we can identify it.
Can I combine several sizes in one request?
Yes. Add each size as a separate line in the enquiry form.
SELECTION
Choosing
the right blade.
Choose the grade and coating by the material you cut: DM05 for common metals, DM06 where tool life and cutting efficiency requirements are higher, M42 for difficult-to-cut materials. Not sure? Tell us the material and the blade dimensions and we will recommend a suitable blade.
QUOTATION
How we
quote.
Each quotation is priced on the specification and quantity you send, with product price and freight listed separately. Several sizes can be combined in one request.
